The students who will be attending William J. Brennan High School, have selected their mascot and the school colors, according to principal Gerardo Marquez.
Students voted for gold and black as the colors. They will be called the Brennan Bears. The school logo is in design now and will be debuted in late November on this website.
Gerardo Marquez, currently the principal of Jay High School, will be the principal of William J. Brennan High School, NISD’s tenth comprehensive high school. Brennan will open in August 2010.
Northside ISD’s 10th high school is named after one of the most influential justices in Supreme Court history. William J. Brennan High School will open in 2010 outside Loop 1604 just west of Seaworld.
